Abstract :
This research aims to find out the Effect of User Data Privacy Perception, User Account Security Perception, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction of Tokopedia online store. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study is part of the students of muhammadiyah ponorogo university, namely students of the Faculty of Economics Class of 2016. The sample in the study was 85 respondents. The techniques in this study use random sampling techniques. The data collection is by distributing questionnaires. Tests in this study include instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study showed that the User Data Privacy Perception variable obtained a Thitung value greater than Ttabel (2,163 > 1,988) meaning that it affected Customer Satisfaction, the User Account Security Perception variable obtained a Thitung value greater than Ttabel (5,873 > 1,988) meaning it affected Customer Satisfaction, then the Trust variable obtained a Thitung value greater than Ttabel (7,497 > 1,988) meaning it affected Customer Satisfaction. Test results F on variables of User Data Privacy Perception, User Account Security Perception, and Overall Trust affect Customer Satisfaction.
