Abstract :
The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effectiveness of village administration services based on the Express Application in Singkill Village, Balong District, Ponrogo Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In collecting data used interview and documentation methods. There were 10 informants in this study, consisting of; Village Head, 4 Village Apparatus, Village Operator, Youth Organization, Head of BPD and 2 residents. Based on field findings, it was concluded that the implementation of the program using the Village Application System as the latest innovation in public services in Singkil Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency was effective. The latest services are based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009, Law Number 6 of 2016 concerning Village Development Information Systems and Governor's Regulation Number 47 of 2016. It is said to be effective because the implementation of these services has fulfilled several components or stages that have been implemented. appropriate starting from the existence of technical implementers namely human resources and adequate infrastructure. Furthermore, the indicators of success that have also been achieved include: service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products and the competence of service providers. While the factors that affect the quality of service are divided into two, namely the supporting factors include competent human resources, adequate infrastructure. connected to the village website, and applications that are easily accessible by all groups. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of applications that are not registered in the Play Store and some people who are still clueless.
