Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether leadership,
Compensation and work environment Influence on job satisfaction. Method
used in this research is quantitative. Data obtained by
distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study are all employees
Song of Convection Prajekan Sukorejo Ponorogo. The sample used is 50
employee.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership Variable (X1)
does not have an insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). (2) Variable
Compensation (X2) has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).
(3) Work Environment Variable (X3) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction
(Y). (4) Variables of leadership (X1), compensation (X2) and work environment (X3)
jointly have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).
