Abstract :
Blood donation is a form of social care that can be done by the community to help others. The process of donating blood must be done through the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). The problem is that the blood donation process must be carried out at the PMI office or where PMI holds a blood donation event. So far, information about requests for blood services in Ponorogo and PMI blood donation events is still being disseminated through broadcasts on social media only. Therefore, it is necessary to create a website that can connect requests for blood and volunteers as well as notification of blood donation events to people who care about blood donation. Here this research uses the waterfall modeling method. So that the results of the research obtained are a website that contains information and blood donation services and the results of the web test are good enough to improve the quality of information services for PMI Ponorogo. keywords: Indonesian Red Cross, Ponorogo, waterfall method, improving the quality of information services, Website
