ABSTRACT
The cause ofthis observe was to determinne the effeect of service pleasant, price and place on client satisfaaction of AERO Ponorogo. The form of studies used in this research is quantitative studies with records colection strategies usedd are area research, particularly interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The sample on this examine were three hundred customers. information collection strategies by means of dispensing questionnaires to 60 respondents.
