Abstract :
The value of the company is the price willing to be paid by investors when the company was sold and is often linked to the share price. This research aims to know the influence of the Capital Structure, the Company's Size, Profitability and Leverage Of the Company. This research was conducted on food and beverage companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2012-2016. The population used in this research is the entire food and beverage companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Sampling method by means of purposive sampling method appropriate criteria have been determined. The number of samples collected as many as 60 companies. Data that has been collected is analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the influence of the Structure of Capital, Profitability and Leverage the significant effect against the Value of the Company, while the Company's Size has no effect against the Value of the Company.
