Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk menguji : ( 1 ) , Dampak Covid ? 19 Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Barito Pasific Kecamatan Tamban Kabupaten Barito Kuala, ( 2) Pengaruh Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Barito Pasific Kecamatan Tamban Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey.populasi penelitian karyawan Pt. Barito Pasific dan sampel beberapa responden dengan analisi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Dampak Virus Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pt. Barito Pasific, (2) Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kehidupan rumah tangga dirumah. Hal ini mengidentifikasi para karyawan bahwa dampak covid-19 sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan sehari hari dan proses berlanjut yang mengekspresikan perhatian mereka untuk rumah tangga dan perusahaan. This study aims to examine: (1), the Impact of Covid-19 on the Performance of Pt. Barito Pacific, Tamban District, Barito Kuala Regency, (2) The Effect of Pt. Barito Pacific, Tamban District, Barito Kuala Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design and is a survey research. The research population of Pt employees. Barito Pacific and a sample of several respondents with data analysis. The results of the study show 1) The impact of the Covid-19 virus has a significant effect on the performance of Pt. Barito Pacific, (2) Employee performance has a significant effect on household life at home. It identifies employees that the impact of covid-19 is very influential in their daily lives and is an ongoing process that expresses their concern for the household and the company.
