Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) lingkungan kerja pada Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin dan sampel sebesar 50 responden dengan analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) bahwa lingkungan kerja di Glow Supermarket masuk kedalam kriteria cukup baik, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin, hal ini mengidinkasikan para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat membuat karyawan merasa nyaman di tempat kerja, lingkungan kerja yang tepat akan menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang baik. This study aims to examine : (1) the work environment at Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin, (2) the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study were all employees of Glow Supermarket Banjarmasin and a sample of 50 respondents with Simple Linear Regression data analysis.The results show (1) the work environment at Glow Supermarket is quite good, (2) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the leadership understands what makes employees feel comfortable at work, the right work environment will result in better employee performance better good.
