Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Tanah Laut (2) Faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(3) Faktor yang paling dominan pada Lingkungan Kerja yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Tanah Laut dan sampel sebesar 30 responden dengan analisis data regresi Linier Sederhana Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Laut 2) Faktor Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai Pengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai Pengaruh yag dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara signifikan This study aims to examine: (1) the Effect of the work Environment on the Performance of Employees of PT. Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Tanah Laut,(2) Factor that affect the Work Environment on Employee Performance(3) The Most dominant factors in the Work Environment that affect Employee Perfomance The reserch design is quantitative and is a survey research. The research population is all Employees of PT. Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Tanah Laut and a sample of 30 respondents with simple linear regression data data analysis The result of the study show 1) Work environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Darma Henwa Tbk ? Site West Kintap, Tanah Laut 2) Work Environment factors have an influence on Employee Performance 3) Work Environment has a dominant influence on Employee Performance significantly
