Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Super
Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng, (2) menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan
pada PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng, (3) menguji pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng.
Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian
karyawan di PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak
31 responden dan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada
PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng, (2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng dan (3) motivasi
dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Super Sukses
Motor Dealer Kawasaki Area Kalsel-Teng, hal ini mengindikasikan para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat
memotivasi karyawan dan komitmen merupakan sikap loyalitas karyawan pada organisasi merupakan proses
berlanjut yang mengekspresikan perhatian mereka untuk organisasi dan kesuksesan selanjutnya.
This study aims to: (1) examine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Super Sukses
Motor Dealer Kawasaki in South Kalimantan-Teng Area, (2) tested the effect of compensation on employee
performance at PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki in South Kalimantan-Teng Area, (3) tested the effect
of motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. Super Success Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealer
Area South Kalimantan-Teng.
The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research. The research population
of employees at PT. Super Sukses Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealer in South Kalimantan-Teng Area by taking a
sample of 31 respondents and analyzing the data using Multiple Linear Regression.
The results showed that : (1) motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Super
Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki in South Kalimantan-Teng Area, (2) compensation has no significant effect on
employee performance at PT. Super Sukses Motor Dealer Kawasaki in South Kalimantan-Teng Area and (3)
motivation and compensation together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Super Success
Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealers in the South Kalimantan-Teng area, this indicates that leaders understand what
can motivate employees and commitment is an attitude of employee loyalty to the organization is a continuous
process that expresses their concern for the organization and its subsequent success.
