Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) menentukan pengadaan beras dan (2) menganalisis sistem persediaan beras pada Perum BULOG Kanwil KALSEL yang menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ), persediaan pengaman, persediaan maksimum dan pemesanan kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menghitung persediaan menggunakan metode EOQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) pengadaan beras di Perum BULOG Kanwil KALSEL dimulai dari kontrak pengadaan beras dengan mitra kerja dan (2) hasil perhitungan pemesanan yang ekonomis (EOQ) adalah sebanyak 30.248,30 Kg, sementara itu jumlah persediaan pengaman yang harus dimiliki Perum BULOG Kanwil KALSEL adalah 6.644.896,29 Kg, persediaan maksimumnya adalah sebanyak 6.675.144,59 Kg dan pemesanan kembali yang optimal pada saat tingkat pemesanannya sama dengan 7.154.641,82 Kg. This study aims to examine: (1) determining rice procurement and (2) analiyzing the rice supply system at the Perum BULOG South Kalimantan Regional Office using the economic order quantity (EOQ) method, safety stock, maximum inventory and reorder point. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design. The focus of this research is to calculate inventory using the EOQ method. The results showed: (1) procurement of rice at the Public Corporation BULOG KALSEL Regional Office starts from the rice procurement contract with partners and (2) the results of an economical order calculation (EOQ) is 30,248.30 kg, while the amount of safety stock that must be owned by Perum BULOG KALSEL Regional Office is 6,644,896.29 Kg, the maximum inventory is 6,675,144.59 Kg and the optimal order back when the order level is equal to 7,154,641.82 Kg.
