Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank
Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. (2) Mengetahui Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil
Banjarmasin (3) Mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank
Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bank Mega Kantor Wilayah Banjarmasin . Metode yang
digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Mega Kanwil
Banjarmasin, sample adalah semua populasi yang ada yaitu 35 responden, tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan
secara survey dan kuesioner. Tehnik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Program SPSS Versi 25 for
window. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap
Kinerja karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. (2) Motivasi positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan
Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. (3) Gaya Pemimpinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Kinerja karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif
dan tidak signifikan secara parsial variable Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil
Banjarmasin, dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial variable motivasi terhadap Kinerja
karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. Dan secara simultan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi
terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Study at Bank
Mega Regional Office (Kanwil) Banjarmasin) Chairman of the Advisory Team Khuzaini and Member of the
Advisory Team Muhammad Zainul.This study aims to: (1) Determine the leadership style influencing the
performance of employees of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. (2) Knowing Motivation affects the performance
of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin employees (3) Knowing leadership style and motivation influences the
performance of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin employees.This research was conducted at the Mega Bank
Banjarmasin Regional Office. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The study population is employees
who work at Bank Mega Regional Office Banjarmasin, the sample is all the existing population of 35 respondents,
the technique of data collection is done by survey and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were performed
using the SPSS Program Version 25 for window. The results showed: (1) Leadership style has a positive and not
significant effect on the performance of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin employees. (2) Positive and significant
motivation for employee performance at Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin. (3) Leadership Style and Motivation
have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin.The
conclusion of this research is the positive and insignificant influence of partial variables in the Leadership Style on
the Performance of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin employees, and the positive and significant influence
partially on motivation variables on the performance of Bank Mega Kanwil Banjarmasin employees. And
simultaneously Leadership Style and Motivation variables proved to have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance at Bank Mega Regional Office in Banjarmasin.
