Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemeliharaan mesin dengan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance secara parsial terhadap kinerja produksi pada PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan dan (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemeliharaan mesin dengan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance secara simultan terhadap kinerja produksi pada PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari tim engineering dan tim produksi pada bagian pabrik yang berhubungan langsung dengan mesin dan pemeliharaan mesin pada PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden dengan analisis data Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara corrective maintenance terhadap kinerja produksi PT CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. Koefisien regresi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan corrective maintenance karyawan akan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja produksi, semakin baik corrective maintenance akan mengakibatkan semakin baik juga kinerja produksi, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara preventive maintenance terhadap kinerja produksi PT CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. Koefisien regresi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan preventive maintenance karyawan akan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja produksi, semakin baik preventive maintenance akan mengakibatkan semakin baik juga kinerja produksi dan (3) Preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance secara bersama-sama terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja produksi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi preventive maintenance maupun corrective maintenance, maka kinerja produksi pun akan tinggi. This study aims to: (1) determine and analyze the effect of machine maintenance with preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance partially on production performance at PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan and (2) determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous maintenance of machines with preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on production performance at PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. The design of this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and is survey research. The population in this study were employees of the engineering team and the production team at the factory that were directly related to machines and machine maintenance at PT. CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. The number of respondents in this study was 38 respondents with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed (1) There was a significant effect of corrective maintenance on the production performance of PT CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. A positive regression coefficient indicates that every increase in corrective maintenance employees will affect increasing production performance, the better corrective maintenance will result in better production performance, (2) There is a significant effect between preventive maintenance on the production performance of PT CJ Cheiljedang Feed Kalimantan. A positive regression coefficient indicates that every increase in employee preventive maintenance will have an effect on increasing production performance, better preventive maintenance will result in better production performance, and (3) Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance together have been shown to have a positive and significant effect on production performance. This shows that the higher the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, the higher the production performance.
