Abstract :
Begitu banyaknya donasi masuk dan cukup banyak juga donasi yang terhimpun tidak dikonfirmasi oleh donatur menyebabkan tim ACT Cabang KALSEL kesulitan untuk mengetahui sumber dari donasi tersebut, dikarenakan banyaknya donator yang tidak tahu harus mengkonfirmasi kemana dan begitu sulitjuga untuk mencari atau mencatat nomor ponsel tim konfirmasi ACT Cabang KALSEL, dan tim ACT Cabang KALSEL juga kurang begitu efektif untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada donatur hanya dengan melakukan konfirmasi secaramanual melalui layanan pesan singkat maupun pesan via aplikasi WhatsApp sehingga tim ACT Cabang KALSEL harus mendata ulang informasi dari para donatur Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan Donatur dan juga Tim / Staff ACT Cabang KALSEL dalam Memanajemen Donasi dan Informasi dari para Donatur maupun relawan. Bahasa pemrogramannya yaitu PHP dan HTML, untuk Tampilan memakai CSS dan Zquery, Database memakaian MYSQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan para Donatur Tim / Staff ACT Cabang KALSEL untuk melakukan Konfirmasi dan Manajemen Donasi sehinggi lebih efektif, cepat, dan efesien. So many donations came in and quite a lot of donations that were collected were not confirmed by the donors, causing the ACT KALSEL Branch team to find it difficult to find out the source of the donation, because many donors did not know where to confirm and it was so difficult to find or record the cell phone number of the ACT confirmation team. The KALSEL branch, and the KALSEL branch ACT team are also not very effective in providing services to donors only by manually confirming via short message services or messages via the WhatsApp application so that the KALSEL Branch ACT team must re-collect information from the donors. From these problems, the idea of making an application that can facilitate Donors and also the ACT Team / Staff of the KALSEL Branch in Management of Donations and Information from Donors and volunteers. The programming language is PHP and HTML, for Display using CSS and Zquery, Database using MYSQL. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Donors of the ACT Team / Staff of the KALSEL Branch to confirm and manage donations so that they are more effective, fast, and efficient.
