Abstract :
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan pada pabrik tahu PT Langgeng, (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana produktivitas kerja pada pabrik tahu PT Langgeng dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan yang baik mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pada pabrik tahu PT Langgeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menafsirkan dan menguraikan data yang bersangkutan dengan situasi yang terjadi, sikap serta pandangan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) gaya kepemimpinan pada pabrik tahu PT. Langgeng masih belum cukup baik, (2) produktivitas kerja pada pabrik tahu PT. Langgeng sudah cukup baik dan (3) gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang baik pada pabrik tahu PT. Langgeng tidak membuat prouduktivitas kerja mereka tidak baik. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: (1) to find out how the leadership style at the PT Langgeng tofu factory, (2) to find out how the work productivity at the PT Langgeng tofu factory and (3) to find out whether a good leadership style can increase work productivity. at the PT Langgeng tofu factory. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative descriptive is research that interprets and describes data related to the situation that occurs, attitudes and views that occur in a company. The results showed (1) the leadership style at the tofu factory PT. Lasting is still not good enough, (2) work productivity at the tofu factory PT. Langgeng is quite good and (3) the leadership style is not good at the PT. Lasting doesn't make their work productivity not good
