Abstract :
Muhammad Pahriyadi, 2022, Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap
Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Banjarmasin,
Pembimbing I : Muthia Harnida, Pembimbing II : Muhammad Hadini.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A
Banjarmasin, (2) mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pengaruh dari gaya
kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A
Banjarmasin Banjarmasin.
Rancangan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang
merupakan penelitian survei, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang, dan
memiliki 1 variabel bebas yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan 1 variabel terikat yaitu
kinerja, serta mempergunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan melakukan
uji t dan persamaan model regresi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) Nilai output t hitung 6,340 > 2,004 nilai t
tabel, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 probabilitas, sehingga dari hasil output
menjelaskan bahwa Hipotesis Ha diterima yang mengartikan bahwa gaya
kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di
Kantor Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Banjarmasin.. (2) Hubungan atau korelasi
(R) dari variabel bebas (X) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap variabel terikat (Y)
kinerja yaitu sebesar 0,650, dengan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas (X) gaya
kepemimpinan terhadap variabel terikat (Y) kinerja adalah sebesar 42,2% (R2
),
sedangkan sisanya 57,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel X.

This study aims to: (1) find out whether leadership style has an effect on
employee performance at the Religious Court Class 1A Banjarmasin office, (2)
find out how much the influence of leadership style contributes to employee
performance at the Religious Court Class 1A Banjarmasin office Banjarmasin.
The design of this research is a quantitative approach which is a survey
research, with a sample of 57 people, and has 1 independent variable, namely
leadership style and 1 dependent variable, namely performance, and uses simple
linear regression analysis by performing t-test and regression model equations.
The results showed: (1) The value of the t arithmetic output was 6,340 >
2,004 the t table value, and the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05 probability, so
that the output results explained that Hypothesis Ha was accepted which means
that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance in Religious Court Office Class 1A Banjarmasin. (2) The
relationship or correlation (R) of the independent variable (X) leadership style to
the dependent variable (Y) performance is 0.650, with the contribution of the
influence of the independent variable (X) leadership style on the dependent
variable ( Y) performance is 42.2% (R2), while the remaining 57.8% is influenced
by other factors outside the X variable.
