Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis strategi promosi dalam upaya meningkatkan
penjualan perumahan pada PT. Diah Wahyu Pratama. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode kualitatif dengan
teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara bersama dengan beberapa pengurus perusahaan PT. Diah Wahyu
Pratama, observasi dan analisis data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya Strategi promosi yang dipakai PT. Diah Wahyu Pratama dalam
meningkatkan penjualannya yaitu memakai Advertising (Periklanan) dan Peronal Selling, hasil penelitian
lapangan yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan pengambilan sempel penjualan dapat ditarik kesimpulan
dalam jumlah penjualan masih dirasa belum stabil, dan dalam cara pengaplikasian promosi pemasaran masih
dirasa kurang karena kurang adanya bagian tim pemasaran atau marketing dalam mengelola teknik pemasaran
pada PT. Diah Wahyu Pratama.
