Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian yaitu buat memahami gambaran tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang bagaimana yang
dilaksanakan Camat dalam menegakkan kedisiplinan Aparatur Pemerintah Kecamatan Kusan Hilir
Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dan hambatan Camat dalam menegakkan kedisiplina Aparatur Pemerintah
Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Metode penelitian memakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif Data
dikumpulkan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam (deep interview) kepada 3
orang Informan. Analisis data memakai model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi komponen reduksi
data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan Camat yang dipakai dalam menegakkan
kedisiplinan yaitu memakai gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. Hambatan Camat dalam menegakkan
kedisiplinan yaitu tingkat pemahaman pegawai yang berbeda-beda, pengawasan langsung oleh camat
yang tidak bisa dilakukan secara terus-menerus dan kebiasaan satu atau dua pegawai yang jika izin
tidak memberi kabar.
The purpose of the study was to find out a description of the leadership style that the Camat
implements in enforcing the discipline of the Kusan Hilir District Government Apparatus, Tanah
Bumbu Regency and the Camat's obstacles in enforcing the discipline of the Kusan Hilir District
Government Apparatus, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The ressearch technique utilized a qualitattive methodology with subjective descripttive ressearch.
Information were gathered by obsservation, documentation and profound meetings with 3 witnesses.
Information analyssis utilizes the Miles and Huberman model which incorporates parts of information
decrease, information show and check/making inferences. The outcomes showed that the Camat leadesrship style utilized in implementing discipline was
utilizing a participatory administration style. Impediments to the Camat in authorizing disscipline are
the various degrees of comprehension of representatives, direct supervission by the Camat which
can't be completed constantly and the propensity for a couple of workers who, whenever allowed,
don't give news.
