Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, dan (3) motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 92 orang dan sampel sebesar 48 responden dengan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan 1) motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, 2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, dan 3) motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin. Chintya Aliefta Agnes Putri, 2022, The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, Mentor I : Hj. Lamsah, Mentor II : Ervica Zamilah. This study aims to examine: (1) motivation has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, (2) Work discipline affects the performance of PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, and (3) motivation and work discipline affect the performance of PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin. The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, totaling 92 people and a sample of 48 respondents with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed 1) motivation partially had no significant effect on employee performance at PT.Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, 2) work discipline had a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT.Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin, and 3) motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) Banjarmasin.
