Abstract :
The purpose of the study was to determine the quality and excellence of animal market administrative services and to determine the factors that influence the administrative services of the animal market in Tanah Laut Regency. The research method uses a descriptive type of research using a qualitative approach. Data were collected by means of field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that service quality was measured using 5 (five) indicators, namely Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. In general, the quality of service provided at the Animal Market can be said to be good. Because ftom the result of the research using dimensions of service quality almost all of these dimensions are carried out professionally and with full responsibility
