Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh Kelelahan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pt.Smart refinery tarjun (2) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pt.Smart refinery tarjun (3) Menganalisis Faktor apakah yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja di Pt Smart refinery tarjun Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan perusahaan Pt.Smart Reffinery Tarjun dan sampel 32 responden dengan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) kelelahan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Pt.Smart Reffinery Tarjun, 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) kelelahan dan lingkungan perusahaan Pt.Smart Reffinery Tarjun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Pt.Smart Reffinery Tarjun , hal ini mengindikasikan para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat memotivasi karyawan dan kelelahan merupakan hal yang lumrah terjadi pada setiap karyawan perusahaan untuk proses keberlanjutan untuk perhatian mereka ke perusahaan dan kesuksesan selanjutnya. This study aims to examine: (1) Analyzing the effect of work fatigue on the performance of employees of Pt. Smart refinery Tarjun (2) Analyzing the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of Pt. Smart refinery Tarjun (3) Analyzing what factors are associated with work fatigue in the workforce at Pt Smart refinery tarjun The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research. The research population is all employees of the Pt. Smart Reffinery Tarjun company and a sample of 32 respondents with multiple linear regression data analysis.The results of this study indicate 1) work fatigue has a significant effect on the performance of the company's employees at Pt. Smart Reffinery Tarjun, 2) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) fatigue and the company environment of Pt. Smart Reffinery Tarjun have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Pt. Smart company. Reffinery Tarjun, this indicates that leaders understand what can motivate employees and fatigue is a common thing for every employee of the company for the sustainability process for their attention to the company and its subsequent success.
