Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kedaikoe, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kedaikoe, (3) pengaruh disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kedaikoe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif serta berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa pada CV. Kedaikoe. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif serta berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kedaikoe. (3) Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamaan memiliki dampak yang positif serta berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Kedaikoe.
