Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka terkait sesuai tujuan penelitian. Jumlah populasi sebesar 64 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch. The design of this research is quantitative research. The research data were obtained from questionnaires, observations and related literature studies according to the research objectives. Total population of 64 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch.
