Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) bagaimana sistem Rekrutmen karyawan yang
dilakukan di PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari, (2) Proses seleksi yang
dilakukan di PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari, (3) Sistem Rekrutmen
dan seleksi yang seharusnya dilakukan PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi
Mandarsari.
Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,
untuk mendeskripsikan Sistem Rekrutmen dan Seleksi karyawan pada PT Bank Pekreditan
Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi,
dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan sistem 1) Rekrutmen pada PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat
(BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari memakai metode terbuka artinya pemberitahuan adanya
perekrutan karyawan diinformasikan secara luas seperti melalui soisal media dan juga
melalui media massa lainnya tidak hanya internal diantara karyawan yang sudah bekerja
diperusahaan. Proses 2) Seleksi dimulai dengan penerimaan surat lamaran kemudian menyeleksi
surat- surat lamaran dan tes wawancara. Penerimaan surat lamaran ini apabila pengumuman
tentang lowongan pekerjaan telah dipasang.
This study aims to examine (1) how the employee recruitment system is carried out at PT
Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari, (2) the selection process is carried out
at PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari, (3) Recruitment System and the
selection that should be made by PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi Sabumi Mandarsari.
he study used a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, to describe the
Recruitment and Selection System for employees at PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi
Sabumi Mandarsari. Data were collected by means of interviews, observation, documentation.
The results show that the 1) Recruitment system at PT Bank Pekreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gawi
Sabumi Mandarsari uses an open method, meaning that notification of employee recruitment is
widely informed such as through social media and also through other mass media, not only
internally among employees who are already working in the company. Process 2) Selection begins
with receiving application letters then selecting application letters and interview tests. Acceptance
of this application letter when announcements about job vacancies have been posted.
