Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Disiplin Kerja di Perusahaan Bongkar Muat PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR) (2) Produktivitas kerja di Perusahaan Bongkar Muat PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR) (3) Kendala dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan dan (4) Peran Disiplin Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menujukan 1) Disiplin kerja masih kurang karena masih adanya keterlambatan datang karyawan, masih ada karyawan yang memanfaatkan waktu istirahat yang berlebihan, 2) Produktivitas Kerja yang dihasilkan masih belum maksimal karena dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja yang kurang. 3) Kendala dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja yaitu karyawan yang susah diatur, seringnya karyawan terlambat datang bekerja, masih ada karyawan yang memanfaatkan waktu istirahat yang berlebihan, dan kurangnya etika dari karyawan dan 4) Peran disiplin kerja sangat berperan di perusahaan bongkar muat PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR). This study aims to determine: (1) Work Discipline at the Unloading Company PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR) (2) Work Productivity at the Unloading Company PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR) (3) Obstacles in applying work discipline in order to increase employee productivity and (4) The Role of Work Discipline in Increasing Employee Productivity. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. This research design is a qualitative research. The research population is all employees and the sample in the study, namely the leadership and some employees at the loading and unloading company PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR). Data was collected by using interviews. The research results show 1) Work discipline is still lacking because there are still employee delays, there are still employees who take advantage of excessive rest time, 2) The resulting work productivity is still not optimal because it is influenced by a lack of work discipline, 3) Obstacles in applying work discipline are employees who are difficult to manage, often employees are late for work, there are still employees who take advantage of excessive rest time, and lack of ethics from employees and employees. 4) The role of work discipline is very important in the loading and unloading company PT. Mitra Sejahtera Raya (MSR).
