Abstract :
The focus of this research is the Management of Fund Allocation in Anjir Baru Village, Kusan Hulu District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to describe and explain the management of village fund allocations in the effectiveness of community empowerment in Anjir Village. Baru District Kusan Hulu Tanah Bumbu Regency. The informants from this study were 5 people including the Head of Planning, Head of Government, BPD Members, Head of Welfare, Village Secretary. The results of this study indicate that the Management of Village Fund Allocations in Anjir Baru Village, Kusan Hulu District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, Anjir Baru Village Government for the 2022 Village Fund Allocation budget has allocated Village Fund Allocations for village community empowerment programs well and quite increased from the previous year with provide fish farming and training for the community in order to improve village competitiveness and community welfare.
