Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik, pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan Toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F dan Koefisien Determinan. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik, beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik, stres kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Toko Mekar Jaya Elektronik. This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store, the effect of workload on employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store, the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store. The design of this research is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees of Mekar Jaya Elektronik store, totaling 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test and F-Test and the Coefficient of Determinants. The data is processed using the SPSS program. The results showed work stress affects employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store, workload affects employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store, work stress and workload affects employee performance at Mekar Jaya Elektronik store.
