Abstract :
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data kuantitatif, Jenis penelitian ini
termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yang bersifat eksplanasi ilmu dapat digolongkan pada jenis
penelitian kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang ingin mencari penjelasan dalam bentuk hubungan
sebab akibat (cause- effect) antar beberapa konsep atau beberapa variable atau beberapa
strategi yang dikembangkan dalam manajemen dan diarahkan untuk menggambarkan adanya
sebab akibat antara beberapa situasi yang digambarkan dalam variable, dan atas dasar itu
ditariklah sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Penerapan Good Governance
didapatkan nilai sig. 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang artinya secara parsial variabel
Penerapan Good Governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja. Dapat
dikatakan bahwa pengaruh Penerapan Good Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Kinerja di Kantor Kelurahan Pangeran, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Peningkatan
terhadap variabel Penerapan Good Governance (X) 0,623 adalah positif, yang berarti bahwa
adanya hubungan searah antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, semakin meningkat nilai
pada variabel Penerapan Good Governance, maka hubungan Kinerja juga akan meningkat
sebesar 62,3%Sehingga apabila semakin tinggi Penerapan Good Governance karyawan maka
Kinerja akan semakin baik. Artinya semakin baik dan semakin tinggi Penerapan Good
Governance yang diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula Kinerja

causality research, namely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of a causeeffect relationship between several concepts or several variables or several strategies.

significant effect on performance at the Pangeran Kelurahan Office, North Banjarmasin
District. The increase in the Good Governance Implementation variable (X) 0.623 is positive,
which means that there is a unidirectional relationship between the independent variable and
the dependent variable, the higher the value of the Good Governance Implementation
variable, the performance relationship will also increase by 62.3%. The implementation of
Good Governance for employees will improve performance. This means that the better and
