Abstract :
Terdapat permasalahan dan kegagalan dalam proses pembangunan yang disebabkan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan juga menganalisa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat Desa Gunung Besar Kecamatan Simpang Empat Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data kuantitatif, Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yang bersifat eksplanasi ilmu dapat digolongkan pada jenis penelitian kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang ingin mencari penjelasan dalam bentuk hubungan sebab akibat (cause- effect) antar beberapa konsep atau beberapa variable atau beberapa strategi yang dikembangkan dalam manajemen dan diarahkan untuk menggambarkan adanya sebab akibat antara beberapa situasi yang digambarkan dalam variable, dan atas dasar itu ditariklah sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Partisipasi Masyarakat. Artinya semakin baik Gaya Kepemimpinan yang diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula Partisipasi Masyarakat. Kepala desa adalah pemerintah desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain yang dibantu perangkat desa sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintah desa (UU RI No 6 Tahun 2014 Pasal 1 Ayat 3). Kepala desa bertugas menyelenggarakan pemerintah desa, melaksanakan pembangunan desa, pembinaan kemasyarakatan, pemberdayaan masyarakat desa (UU RI No 6 Tahun 2014 Pasal 26 Ayat 1).. Jika dilihat dari indikator Perilaku pemimpin dengan pernyataan Kepala Desa bertindak tegas terhadap masyarakat dan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan ide-ide untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Akan tetapi jika dilihat dari fakta dilapangan bahwa masih banyaknya program yang harus diselesaikan oleh kepala desa pada Desa Gunung Besar Kecamatan Simpang Empat untuk membangun desanya. Dikarenakan desa tersebut masih sangat terbatas akan pembangunan baik pembangunan insfrastrukur, kesehatan, maupun ekonomi There are problems and failures in the development process due to a lack of community participation. The purpose of this study is to find out and also analyze the influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on Community Participation in Gunung Besar Village, Simpang Empat District This research uses quantitative data analysis methods. This type of research is included in the type of research that is explanatory in nature. It can be classified in the type of causality research, namely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of a causeeffect relationship between several concepts or several variables or several strategies. developed in management and directed to describe the cause and effect between several situations described in the variable, and on the basis of which a conclusion is drawn. The results of the study obtained that Leadership Style had a significant effect on the dependent variable of Community Participation. This means that the better the leadership style given, the higher the community participation. The village head is the village government or what is called by another name assisted by village officials as an element of village government organizers (UU RI No. 6 of 2014 Article 1 Paragraph 3). The village head is in charge of administering village government, carrying out village development, community development, empowering village communities (UU RI No. 6 of 2014 Article 26 Paragraph 1). When viewed from the indicators of leader behavior with statements the Village Head acts decisively towards the community and provides opportunities for the community to provide ideas for solving problems that occur. However, if it is seen from the facts on the ground that there are still many programs that must be completed by the village head in Gunung Besar Village, Simpang Empat District to develop his village. Because the village is still very limited in terms of development, both infrastructure, health, and economic development
