Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden yang merupakan keseluruhan karyawan PT. Indocment Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun dengan nilai t hitung 0,633 < t tabel 2.052 dan (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun dengan nilai t hitung 3,475 > t tabel 2.052. This study aims to examine: (1) motivation has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun, (2) work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun. This research uses quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents who were all employees of PT. Indoment Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun. The results showed (1) Motivation had no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun with a t value of 0.633 < t table 2.052 and (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. P.12 Tarjun with a t-count value of 3.475 > t-table 2.052.
