Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan BCA multifinance dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pelayanan BCA multifinance pada kepuasan konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif lapangan, karena data yang diperoleh merupakan keterangan keterangan dalam bentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Proses Kredit yang dilakukan Oleh BCA Multifinance Menjadikan Perbandingan diantara Finance Finace yang lain dalam Kepuasan Konsumen, dalam dunia finance Efektivitas merupakan Kunci utama dari keberhasilan suatu finance itu sendiri dalam persaingan yang ketat di pasar finance indonesia, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan Konsumen BCA Multifinance. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with BCA multifinance services and to determine the effect of the effectiveness of BCA multifinance services on customer satisfaction. This type of research is included in the type of research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is a field qualitative method, because the data obtained is a description of the information in the form of a description. The results show that the effectiveness of the credit process carried out by BCA Multifinance makes comparisons between other finance finances in customer satisfaction, in the world of finance. Effectiveness is the main key to the success of a finance itself in the tight competition in the Indonesian finance market, so it can be concluded that very influential on the level of customer satisfaction BCA Multifinance.
