Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh signifikan Total Quality
Management dan Sistem Reward secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota
Banjarbaru, pengaruh signifikan Total Quality Management dan Sistem Reward secara parsial terhadap
Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota Banjarbaru besar Koefisiensi Determinasi (R2) R Total
Quality Management dan Sistem Reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota
Banjarbaru.
Penulisan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, ataupun pemahaman peneliti
berdasarkan pengalamannya, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan-permasalahan beserta
pemecahan-pemecahannnya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh pembenaran (verivikasi) dalam bentuk dukungan
data emperis di lapangan.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 30,
sampel 30 orang dan teknik analisis data dengan instrument penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik
dan menggunakan regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Total Quality Management (TQM) dan Sistem Reward berpengaruh
signifikan secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota Banjarbaru. Total
Quality Management (TQM) dan Sistem Reward berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas
Kerja Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota Banjarbaru, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja
Karyawan CV. Surya Prima Kota Banjarbaru dan Nilai R Square sebesar 0,421 yang berarti besarnya variasi
sumbangan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya adalah 41,2% sedangkan sisanya 57,9%
dijelaskan oleh sebab lain diluar dari penelitian ini.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant effect of Total Quality
Management and Reward System simultaneously on Employee Work Productivity of CV. Surya Prima
Banjarbaru City, the significant effect of Total Quality Management and Reward System partially on the Work
Productivity of CV. Surya Prima, Banjarbaru City, Coefficient of Determination (R2) R Total Quality
Management and Reward System for Employee Work Productivity CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru City.
The writing of this idea departs from a theoretical framework, experts, or understanding understanding
of their experience, then developed into problems and their proposed solutions to obtain justification
(verification) in the form of empirical data support in the field.
The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 30, a sample of 30 people
and data analysis techniques with validity test instruments, reliability research, classical assumptions and using
multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Reward System have a
significant simultaneous effect on Employee Work Productivity at CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru City. Total
Quality Management (TQM) and Reward System partially significant effect on Employee Work Productivity
CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru City, has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity CV. Surya Prima
Banjarbaru City and R Square value of 0.421 which means the magnitude of the variation in the influence of all
variables that depend on these variables is 41.2% while the remaining 57.9% is explained by other reasons
outside of this study.
