Abstract :
Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk menganalisis dan memberikan pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja secara simultan (satu persatu) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. 2) Untuk menganalisis dan memberikan pengaruh disiplin kerja, stres kerja secara parsial (gabungan) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. 3) Untuk menganalisis dan memberikan pengaruh manakah yang paling berpengaruh antara disiplin kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner/angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Analisis data yanhg digunakan yaitu regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Secara simultan variabel disiplin kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. 2) Secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. 3) Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) To analyze and give the effect of work discipline and work stress simultaneously (one by one) on the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. 2) To analyze and give the effect of work discipline, work stress partially (combined) on the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. 3) To analyze and give the most influential influence between work discipline, work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire. The population in this study were 35 employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. The data analysis used is multiple regression. Based on the results of research data processing, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress affect the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. 2) Partially, the variables of work discipline and work stress affect the performance of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency. 3) The variable of work discipline has a dominant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Jorong, Tanah Laut Regency.
