Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan lintas resume. Mitra KSU United Tanabubu. Jenis survei yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan kata lain, gejala dan fakta subjek pada saat penyelidikan. Survey ini dilakukan di CV. KSU Mitra Bersatu Tanah Bumbu Tiga pelapor. Itu dianggap mewakili setiap karyawan. Yakni, satu orang PJO sebagai informan utama dan dua orang pegawai di bagian Operasi dan bagian Logistik & GS bagian Lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara rinci, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang kinerja pegawai. Dan karyawan melanjutkan. KSU Mitra Bersatu Tanah Bumbu bagus. Hal ini tercermin dari meningkatnya kepuasan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya dan dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan. This study aims to determine the analysis of work motivation in improving employee performance at CV. KSU Partners United Tanah Bumbu. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely a symptom and fact of the object at the time the research takes place. this research was conducted on CV. KSU Mitra Bersatu Tanah Bumbu 3 informants who are considered representative representing their respective employees, namely 1 PJO as key informants and 2 employees of the Operations section of the field section and the Logistics & GS section. Data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that work motivation plays an important role for employees to support their performance. and employee performance CV. KSU Mitra Bersatu Tanah Bumbu can be said to be good which can be seen from the creation of job satisfaction for employees and can improve the company's image.
