Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui Herding behavior Pada Karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan. 2) Mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh herding behavior terhadap literasi keuangan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner/angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para investor sejumlah 30 orang karyawan yang mempunyai keinginan untuk menjadi investor literasi keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 30 orang karyawan yang mempunyai keiginan untuk menjadi investor literasi keuangan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh herding behavior terhadap literasi keuangan pada karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan dapat disimpulkan 1) Herding behavior Pada Karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan Karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan bahwa Otortitas Jasa Keuangan mewaspadai fenomena investasi, peningkatan tersebut apakah murni karena masyarakat sudah melek informasi atau hanya ikut-ikutan. Dengan kata lain, dengan tidak berpengaruhnya variabel herding behavior terhadap keputusan investasi investor berdampak baik dalam keputusan yang dibuat karena berdasarkan pada financial literacy yang dimiliki bukan memilih jalan pintas dengan mengikuti keputusan mayoritas investor lain. 2) Herding behavior berpengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan. Herding behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Hal itu membuktikan bahwa karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan dalam pengambilan keputusan tidak mengikuti keputusan investor lain atau keputusan mayoritas yang dianggap selalu benar, yang berarti investor generasi milenial membuat keputusan investasi berdasarkan pada analisis mereka sendiri akan informasi yang akurat dengan kenyataan di pasar, yang mana berdasarkan pada analisis fundamental dan teknikal investor. Berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan diketahui 0.876 artinya kemampuan variabel herding behavior terhadap literasi keuangan pada karyawan PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan sebesar 87.6 %. This study aims 1) to determine the herding behavior of the employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan. 2) Knowing and proving the effect of herding behavior on financial literacy (Study on Employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan). This type of research is quantitative. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire. The population in this study are investors with a total of 30 employees who have a desire to become financial literacy investors. The sample in this study is 30 employees who have the desire to become financial literacy investors. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of research on the effect of herding behavior on financial literacy in employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan can be concluded 1) Herding behavior in employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan Employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan that the Financial Services Authority is aware of the investment phenomenon, whether the increase is purely because the public is information literate or just following along. In other words, the herding behavior variable does not affect the investment decisions of investors, it has a good impact on the decisions made because it is based on financial literacy, not choosing shortcuts by following the decisions of the majority of other investors. 2) Herding behavior has an effect on financial literacy (Study on employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan. Herding behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions. This proves that employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan in making decisions do not follow the decisions of other investors or decisions the majority are considered to be always correct, which means that millennial generation investors make investment decisions based on their own analysis of accurate information with the reality in the market, which is based on investors' fundamental and technical analysis. financial literacy in employees of PT. CJ Feed and Care Kalimantan is 87.6 %.
