Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Banjarbaru merupakan salah satu ULP dari PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. Untuk menjaga kontinuitas penyaluran energi listrik pada penyulang ARN02, maka perlu di minimalisir gangguan pada penyulang tersebut. Salah satu permasalahan pada penyulang ARN02 pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Banjarbaru ialah gangguan phasa ke tanah. Dibutuhkan penyetelan relay gangguan tanah (GFR) yang sesuai kriteria proteksi dan di koordinasikan dengan Fuse Cut Out percabangan yang ada di penyulang ARN02. Metode yang digunakan ialah melakukan perhitungan Fuse Cut Out percabangan disesuaikan dengan beban yang ada, dimana ada 8 Fuse Cut Out percabangan. Adapun hasil perhitungan Fuse Cut out percabangan Awang Bangkal 6A, Sianjal 5A, Sei Luar 3A, Bukit Batas 2A, Bunglai arah Rantau Bujur 6A, Kedai Kopi 4A, Rantau Bujur 2A, Rantau Balai 2A. Untuk nilai setting proteksi Recloser Batu Kambing TMS GFR dinaikkan menjadi 0,1 detik. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Banjarbaru is one of the ULP from PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. To maintain the continuity of the distribution of electrical energy to the ARN02 feeder, it is necessary to minimize disturbances to the feeder. One of the problems with the ARN02 feeder at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Banjarbaru is the disturbance to the ground. It requires a ground disturbance relay setting (GFR) that fits the protection criteria and coordinated with the branching Fuse Cut Out in the ARN02 feeder. The method used is to calculate the branching Fuse Cut Out adjusted to the exciting weights, where there are 8 Fuse Cut Out brancing. The results of the calculation of Fuse Cut out branching is Awang Bangkal 6A, Sianjal 5A, Sei Luar 3A, Bukit Batas 2A, Bunglai the direction of Rantau Bujur 6A, Kedai Kopi 4A, Rantau Bujur 2A, Rantau Balai 2A. For the protection setting value of the Batu Kambing Recloser TMS GFR increased to 0,1 seconds.
