Abstract :
Pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Kampus UNISKA Handil Bakti pondasi yang digunakan untuk bangunan gedung tersebut adalah cerucuk galam dan tiang pancang spun pile, dengan bangunan bertingkat yakni tingkat lima. Dengan pondasi tersebut penulis mencoba untuk meneliti sebuah perbandingan yang di ambil dari pondasi tersebut yakni dengan membandingan pondasi cerucuk galam dengan pondasi mini pile. Dengan menggunkan metode mayerhof perhitungan daya dukung pondasi cerucuk galam dan mini pile dapat diketahui daya dukung tunggal dan kelompoknya, sehingga dari perhitungan tersebut dapat dibandingkan hasil daya dukung tunggal dan kelompok dari cerucuk galam dan hasil daya dukung tunggal dan kelompok dari mini pile. Dari perhitungan daya dukung pondasi diperoleh hasil perbandingan yaitu dengan hasil daya dukung terkecil dari 5 titik sondir, sehingga diperoleh hasil daya dukung pondasi cercuk galam tunggal sebesar 0,16 ton dan kelompok sebesar 3,514 ton, sedangkan hasil daya dukung pondasi mini pile tunggal sebesar 0,44 ton dan kelompok sebesar 2,218 ton. In the construction project of the UNISKA Handil Bakti Campus Building, the foundations used for the building are cerucuk galam and spun pile piles, with a five-story building. With this foundation the author tries to examine a comparison taken from the foundation, namely by comparing the cerucuk galam foundation with a mini pile foundation. By using the Mayerhof method of calculating the bearing capacity of the galam and mini pile foundations, it is possible to know the single and group bearing capacities, so that from these calculations we can compare the results of single and group bearing capacities of the galam crevasse and the results of single and group bearing capacities of mini piles. From the calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation, the comparison results obtained with the smallest bearing capacity of 5 sondir points, so that the bearing capacity of the single cercuk galam foundation is 0.16 tons and the group is 3.514 tons, while the results of the single mini pile foundation bearing capacity is 0, 44 tons and a group of 2,218 tons.
