Abstract :
Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Murung Raya terbentuk pada tahun 2002 berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2002 Tentang Pembentukan Kabupaten Murung Raya di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2002 Nomor 54). Dalam proses pelayanan tersebut terdapat permasalahan yaitu pelayanan selama ini masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan permohonan (misal: pembuatan akta kelahiran) harus datang langsung ke kantor Disduk Capil untuk mengajukan permohonan tersebut, hal ini akan berdampak bolak-baliknya masyarakat karena masih belum mengetahui apasaja persyaratan untuk melakukan pembuatan aktakelahiran tersebut selain itu ditambah pula biaya dan waktu yang dikeluarkan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka dibuatlah aplikasi berbasis web dengan harapan agar dapat mengelola dan memberikan pelayanan jarak jauh atau secara online, sehingga petugas dari pihak Disduk Capil dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tanpa harus datang kerumah warga dan juda dapat memberikan pemanfaatan dalam penerapan teknologi modern. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency was formed in 2002 based on Law Number 5 of 2002 concerning the Establishment of Murung Raya Regency in Central Kalimantan Province (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2002 Number 54). In the service process there is a problem, namely the service so far the community who wants to submit an application (eg making a birth certificate) must come directly to the Disduk Capil office to submit the application, this will have an impact on people going back and forth because they still do not know what are the requirements to do so. In addition, the making of the birth certificate is also added to the costs and time incurred by the community. Based on the description above, a web-based application is made in the hope that it can manage and provide remote or online services, so that officers from the Civil Service Disduk can provide services to the community without having to come to residents' homes and can also provide utilization in the application of modern technology.
