Abstract :
Bangunan Instalasi Farmasi merupakan unit pelaksana fungsional yang menyelenggarakan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian. Proyek Pembangunan Instalasi Farmasi ini berlokasi di Jl. Lingkar Dalam Kelurahan Kelayan Timur Kota Banjarmasin Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, bersumber dana dari APBD 2021 dengan nilai kontrak senilai Rp. 6.403.500.000,- (Enam Milyar Empat Ratus Tiga Juta Lima Ratus Ribu Rupiah) (Termasuk PPN). Proyek ini terdiri dari Gedung Kantor 2 (Dua) lantai dan Gudang Instalasi Farmasi 1 (Satu) lantai. Penyajian data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 20 orang responden pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Instalasi Farmasi, berlokasikan di Jl. Lingkar Dalam Kelurahan Kelayan Timur Kota Banjarmasin Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Kuisioner yang Disebarkan berisi identitas responden dan 5 kelompok faktor sesuai kebutuhan. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) untuk mencari validitas dan reabilitas data tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa faktor yang menempati urutan tertinggi adalah faktor kebutuhan sosial, dengan sub-faktor pengawasan kerja yang baik dan komunikasi yang baik dengan rekan kerja dengan nilai 3,75. The Pharmacy Installation Building is a functional implementing unit that carries out all pharmaceutical service activities. This Pharmaceutical Installation Development Project is located on Lingkar Dalam Street in East Kelayan Village, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province, sourced from the 2021 APBD with a contract value of Rp. 6,403,500,000,- (Six Billion Four Hundred Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) (Including VAT). This project consists of a 2 (two) storey Office Building and 1 (One) storey Pharmacy Installation Warehouse. Presentation of data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 20 respondents workers on the construction project of the Pharmacy Installation, located on Lingkar Dalam Street in East Kelayan Village, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province. Distributed questionnaire contains the identity of the respondents and 5 groups of factors as needed. Data processing uses Microsoft Excel and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to find the validity and reliability of the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the factor that ranks the highest is the social needs factor, with sub-factors of good work supervision and good communication with colleagues with a value of 3.75.
