Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cv. Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan. Rancangan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data atau informasi dari responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Cv. Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe dan sampel sebesar 34 responden dengan analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian skripsi ini, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cv. Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil bantuan program SPSS versi 28 dimana t hitung lebih besar dari r tabel yakni 3.847 > 1.693, dan nilai sig t 0.001 < 0.05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation on employee performance at Cv Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. This research design uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire to obtain data or information from respondents. The population in this study were all employees of Cv Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe and a sample of 34 respondents with Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this thesis research, indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at Cv Purnama Cipta Mandiri Mantewe Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, this is evidenced by the results of the SPSS version 28 program assistance where t count is greater than r table that is 3,847 > 1,693, and the value of sig t is 0.001 < 0.05 so H0 rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that motivation has an effect on employee performance.
