Abstract :
Administrasi dokumen tindak lanjut pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas masih manual seperti tim pemeriksa membawa form dokumen tindak lanjutke kepala dinas dan menunggu proses validasi yang di lakukan oleh kepala dinas, kemudian dari kepala dinas menyerahkan dokumen yang sudah dikonfirmasi kebagian tim pemeriksa. Dari tim pemeriksa menyerahkan kembali dokumen yang sudah di konfirmasi kepala dinas kebagian evaluasi dan pelaporan. Tim evaluasi memberitahu dokumen dari hasil tim pemeriksa telah masuk kebagian tim evaluasi dan di simpan dalam bentuk arsip. Dari sistem seperti itu mengakibatkan memperlambatnya proses administrasi dokumen tindak lanjut sehingga banyak memakan waktu dan sulitnya dalam penyimpanan dan mencari dokumen hasil tindak lanjut. Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Dokumen Tindak Lanjut Hasil Pemeriksaan Pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas Berbasis Web ini menggunakan dua metode penelitian. Metode pertama pengumpulan data dari studi pustaka dan wawancara. Metode yang kedua yaitu menggunakan metode waterfall untuk pembangunan sistem. Kemudian untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox. Terdapat kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh Sistem Informasi Administrasi Dokumen Tindak Lanjut Hasil Pemeriksaan Pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas Berbasis Web yaitu belum adanya fitur backup data pada sistem sehingga jikaterjadi crash pada data yang tersimpan didalam database bisa hilang. Administration of follow-up documents at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency is still manual, such as the inspection team bringing the follow-up document form to the head of the service and waiting for the validation process carried out by the head of the service, then from the head of service submitting the confirmed documents to the inspection team. From the examiner team, return the documents that have been confirmed by the head of the department to the evaluation and reporting division. The evaluation team notifies that the documents from the results of the examination team have entered the evaluation team and are stored in archive form. Such a system results in a slowdown in the administrative process for follow-up documents so that it takes a lot of time and is difficult to store and search for follow-up documents.Development of a WebBased Information System for Administration of Follow-up Documents at the Regional 2 Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency using two research methods. The first method is collecting data from literature studies and interviews. The second method is to use the waterfall method for system development. Then for testing the system using the blackbox testing method.There is a weakness possessed by the Web-Based Information System Administration of Follow-up Documents at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency, namely the absence of a data backup feature on the system so that if there is a crash the data stored in the database can be lost.
