Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Ditpolairud Polda Kalimantan Selatan, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 100, sampel 100 orang dan teknik analisi data dengan instrumen penelitian uji validitas, uji realiabilitas, asumsi klasik dan menggunakan regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Reward secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Anggota Ditpolairud Polda Kalimantan Selatan, sedangkan Punishment tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota Ditpolairud Polda Kalimantan Selatan, semua variabel bebas tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan, Determinasi adjusted (R2) adalah 0,501 atau 50,1%, hal ini menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. This study aims to determine how much influence rewards and punishments have on the performance of members of the Ditpolairud Polda South Kalimantan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 100, a sample of 100 people and data analysis techniques with research instruments validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumptions and using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that the reward variable partially affects the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Ditpolairud Member, while Punishment has no significant effect on the South Kalimantan Regional Police's Ditpolairud Member Performance, all of these independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable simultaneously, Adjusted Determination (R2 ) is 0.501 or 50.1%, this shows the amount of contribution given by all independent variables to the dependent variable.
