Abstract :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pada pabrik tahu PT. Langgeng Martapura. Adapun faktor-faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan pada pabrik tahu PT. Langgeng yaitu motivasi kerja, teknologi, dan keterampilan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analisis, dimana penulis melakukan observasi secara langsung, melakukan wawancara dengan owner dan karyawan pabrik tahu, dan melakukan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan secara material sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan, teknologi yang modern dapat membantu kelancaran karyawan dalam menghasilkan produk tahu, dan keterampilan kerja karyawan hanya diajarkan oleh perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Teknologi, dan Keterampilan Karyawan This study was conducted to analyze and determine the factors that can affect work productivity at the tofu factory in PT. Langgeng Martapura. The factors that mostly affect work productivity of employees at the tofu factory PT. Langgeng is work motivation, technology, and employee skills. This research was conducted using descprive analysis method, where the authora made direct obervations, conducted interview with the owners and employees of the tofu factory, and carried out documentatiton. The results of the study indicate that materially employees work motivation mostly affects to employee work productivity, modern technology can assist employees in producing the tofu, and employee work skilss only teach by the company.
