Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (2) Untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (3) Untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket (kuisioner). Subyek penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Metode analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Reward tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (2) Punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (3) Reward dan punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. This study aims to test: (1) To see how affect of rewards on employee performance at COCO gas stations 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (2) To see how punishment affects employee performance at COCO gas stations 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (3) To see how affect of reward and punishment on employee performance at COCO gas stations 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. The research method use is a quantitative research method. The data collection method in this study is the quistionaire method. The subject of the study used a sample of 20 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple liniear regression. The result showed: (1) Rewards have no effect on employee performance at COCO 61.707.01 Banjarbaru gas stations. (2) Punishment affects employee performance at COCO gas stations 61.707.01 Banjarbaru. (3) Reward and punishment affect employee performance at COCO gas stations 61.707.01 Banjarbaru.
