Abstract :
Kelelahan kerja merupakan masalah penting yang perlu ditanggulangi karena dapat
menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja dan dapat berdampak pada kesehatan pekerja. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hubungan kelelahan kerja, usia, jenis
kelamin, masa kerja dan beban kerja karyawan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan
yaitusurvey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dari 81 responden sebagian besar
mengalami kelelahan kerja rendah sebanyak 75 orang (92,6%), sebagian besar responden
berumur muda atau tidak beresiko < 40 tahun sebanyak 64 orang (79,0%), sebagian besar
responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 80 orang (98,8%), sebagian besar responden
yang memiliki masa kerja lama >3 tahun sebanyak 67 orang (82,7%), sebagian besar
responden yang memiliki beban kerja ringan sebanyak 79 (97,5%). Tidak ada hubungan usia
dengan kelelahan kerja dengan nilai p-value = 0,0334> ? 0,05. jenis kelamin p-value = 0,074
> ? 0,05. masa p-value = 0,276 > ? 0,05. bebanp-value = 0,144> ? 0,05.Untuk pihak
perusahaan agar melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan job description dan melakukan
pemeriksaan kesehatan serta mewajibkan karyawan untuk mengikuti medical check up
sehingga kesehatan karyawan dapat terpenuhi.
Work fatigue is an important problem that needs to be addressed because it can cause
work accidents and can have an impact on the health of workers. The purpose of this

were 79 (97.5%). There is no relationship between age and work fatigue with p-value =
0.0334 > 0.05. There is no relationship between gender and work burnout with p-value =
0.074 > 0.05. There is no relationship between tenure and work fatigue with p-value =
0.276 > 0.05. There is no relationship between workload and work fatigue with p-value =
0.144 > 0.05. For the company to carry out work in accordance with the job description
and carry out health checks and require employees to take medical check-ups so that
employee health can be met.
