Desy Purnama Sari, 2020, Analisis Motivasi Kerja Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Telur Emas Anugerah Mandiri ?NEST FAMILY REFLEXOLOGY N SPA?, Pembimbing I : Hj. Farida Yulianti, SE, MM. Pembimbing II : Hj Lamsah, SE, MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) tingkat produktivitas yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Telur Emas Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin, (2) pengalaman dalam bekerja,berketerampilan tinggi dan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Telur Emas Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin, (3) tingkat produktivitas dan berpengalaman,berketerampilan hingga usaha dalam organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Telur Emas Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian pada kondisi obyek alamiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) tingkat produktivitas berpengaruh dengan perusahaan Telur Emas Anugerah Mandiri, (2) berpengalaman, berketerampilan dan usaha dalam organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini mengindikasikan para pemimpin memahami apa yang dapat memotivasi karyawan. This study aims to examine: (1) the level of productivity that affects the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin Golden Egg Company, (2) experience in working, high-skilled and business influences the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin Golden Egg Company, (3) the level of productivity and experienced, skilled to business efforts in organizations affect the performance of employees of the Golden Egg Anugerah Mandiri Banjarmasin This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design and is a study of natural object conditions. The results showed: (1) the level of productivity affected with the Golden Egg Award Company Mandiri, (2) experienced, skilled and effort in the organization affected the performance of employees, this indicated the leaders understood what could motivate employees.
