Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SIM C di Satlantas Polresta Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan pembuatan SIM C pada kantor Satlantas Polresta banjarmasin di lihat dari lima dimensi yaitu kehandalan (reliability), empati (empathy),daya tanggap (responiviness), bukti fisik (tangible), jaminan (assurance) sudah berjalan baik dan berkualitas.
The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of service making SIM C in Satlantas
Banjarmasin Police. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the
research show that the implementation of SIM C making services at the Banjlantas Polresta Satlantas
office is seen from five dimensions, namely reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangible, guarantee
assurance) has gone well and is of good quality.
