Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelesaian sengketa tanah berkepemilikan ganda di Desa Puntik Dalam . Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung dilapangan atau mengumpulkan data ? data di lapangan (Empiris) dengan rumusan masalah pertama yaitu apa faktor yang menyebabkan surat berkepemilikan ganda di desa tersebut dan yang Kedua ialah bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa tanah di Desa Puntik Dalam. This study aims to determine the settlement of land disputes with multiple ownership in Puntik Dalam Village. This research method is carried out directly in the field or collecting data in the field (Empirical) with the formulation of the first problem, namely what are the factors that cause double ownership letters in the village and the second is how to resolve land disputes in Puntik Dalam Village.
