Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran strategi komunikasi informatif yang dilakukan PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut dalam meningkatkan citra positifnya di mata masyarakat Gambut. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada 10 orang informan. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi informatif yang dilakukan PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut dalam meningkatkan citra positif sudah cukup baik. karena dari hasil penelitian masyarakat Gambut bisa mendapatkan informasi lebih banyak mengenai program-program yang dimiliki oleh PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut selain itu juga dengan strategi ini mereka juga dapat bertanya langsung tentang apa yang mereka tidak pahami. Sehingga masyarakat juga dapat merasa cukup puas dengan pelayanam yang diberikan oleh PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut. The research objective was to describe the informative communication strategy carried out by PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut in increasing its positive image in the eyes of the Gambut community. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data were collected by conducting interviews and observations to 10 informants. Data analysis using reduction, display, and verification. The results showed that the informative communication strategy carried out by PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut in increasing a positive image was good enough. because from the research results the Gambut community can get more information about the programs owned by PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut. Besides that, with this strategy they can also ask directly what they do not understand. So that the community can also feel quite satisfied with the servants provided by PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gambut.
