Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui lebih dalam pelayanan administrasi pada bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan poliklinik di Rs. Dr.R.Soeharsono Banjarmasin. (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan yang terdapat dalam pelayanan administrasi pada bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan poliklinik di Rs.Dr.R.Soeharsono Banjarmasin. (3) Untuk mengetahui upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dari pelayanan administrasi pada bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan poliklinik di Rs. Dr.R.Soeharsono Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian bersifat Deskritif. Data yang di analisis adalah hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pelayanan administrasi pada bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan poliklinik memiliki proses atau alur pelayanan yang sangat mudah dan tidak sulit. Petugasnya juga sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, sehingga hanya sedikit ditemukannya hambatan dan dalam mengatasi hambatan juga sangat baik dalam mengambil langkah yang cepat dan tepat sehingga dapat segera diatasi. The research objectives were to (1) Know more about the administrative services at the outpatient registration section of the polyclinic at Rs. Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin. (2) To find out the obstacles that exist in administrative services at the outpatient registration section of the polyclinic at Rs.Dr.R.Soeharsono Banjarmasin. (3) To determine the efforts to overcome the obstacles of administrative services in the outpatient registration section of the polyclinic at Rs. Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin. This research uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive type of research. The data analyzed were the results of interviews. The results of this study indicate that the administrative services at the outpatient registration section of the polyclinic have a process or service flow that is very easy and not difficult. The officers have also carried out their duties properly, so that there are only a few obstacles found and in overcoming obstacles are also very good at taking fast and precise steps so that they can be overcome immediately.
